Director of Business Development
Jane Barnett joined Employers' in December of 2018 as the Director of Business Development. She is responsible for business growth and marketing centered on networking and relationship building with area business owners and existing Employers' clients.
Jane graduated in 2010 from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Marketing. She and her husband, Michael, live in Mobile and have two daughters, Alden and Nell. Jane enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and traveling.
Client Services Manager
Haley serves as Client Services Manager since March of 2016, bringing over 20 years of experience as a Payroll and Tax Administrator, Human Resources Manager, and Business Manager. Her responsibilities at Employers' are State Tax Administrator, Unemployment Tax Administrator, and W-2 Processor. Haley manages and acquires all new and current clients licenses as well as tax accounts. She is the new Client Onboarding Specialist and the Social Security Administrator's Liaison. Her areas of expertise are but not limited to large payroll design with departments and job costing focusing on restaurants, constructions companies, and PTO restructuring.
She graduated from Mississippi State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Arts majoring in Public Relations and Broadcast Journalism. She is currently working on her Master’s in Public Relations from The University of Southern Mississippi.
Pam grew up in Mississippi and has a BS in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama as well as an MBA from the University of Mississippi. She moved to Mobile after college and worked in healthcare for 15 years. For 9 of those years she worked at CPSI where she met her husband and managed an install team, and later managed the financial education department. She then took a career sabbatical to stay home with her three girls. Pam also volunteered through the Junior League of Mobile and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, is active with JH Outback in Mobile, and participated in Leadership Mobile last year. She loves cooking, reading, knitting, needlepoint, and spending time with her family. She also makes her own seasoning called "Bix Mix".
Pam has been back in the work force for a year working part-time at Employers' helping with BCBS Insurance, reviewing reports and anywhere else needed. She also works part-time at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church.
Jennifer Orso is a payroll specialist with a decade of experience. She is a strong believer in team work. “Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything I do, both professionally and personally.” Jennifer Orso graduated from Faulkner University of Mobile with a degree in counseling psychology. When not working, Jennifer enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found at the beach when weather permits.
A native of Mobile, Corinne earned her MBA (with Emphasis in Accounting) and BS in Accounting from Spring Hill College, graduating Magnum Cum Laude. She then embarked on a career in public and private accounting, and, immediately prior to coming to Employers', spent 5 years as Finance Director for a local non-profit company.
Corinne and her husband, Barney, enjoy spending time together with their 2 young-adult children, Mattie and Russell, along with their dogs. As a family, they all are heavily involved in Mobile’s extensive theatre community, both onstage and offstage. She also volunteers with Davidson High School’s theatre department, ITS, and the DHS PTSA Board as Treasurer and Vice President, currently. Corinne also enjoys cooking and hand embroidery.
